2. Your designs

You retain all ownership rights to designs you create or upload. By submitting a design, you grant DR4W a limited, worldwide license to produce, fulfill, and ship products bearing that design solely to fulfill your orders. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all designs you upload.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use DR4W to produce content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that violates third-party rights. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Orders & fulfillment

Orders are produced on demand. Production and delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Price, availability, and product specifications may change without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DR4W is provided "as is" without warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to amounts you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
