Refund Policy
Because every DR4W product is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, sizing changes, or other non-defect issues. We stand behind quality and fix what we get wrong.
When you're eligible
- Damaged in transit.
- Manufacturing defect (misprint, faulty material).
- Wrong product shipped.
How to claim
Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos showing the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
Address mistakes
If a package is returned undeliverable due to an incorrect address, reshipping is at the customer's cost.
